I help moms navigate the season of launching their kids — and themselves — into what’s next. Because when your little bird leaves the nest, it’s not just their life that’s changing… it’s yours, too.

With more than two decades of experience in leadership and communication (including my time as a TV executive), I’ve made it my mission to guide women through life transitions with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

In 2017, I founded Working Solutions Group, where I’ve supported leaders and teams in navigating professional change. But when my own kids reached launching age, everything shifted. I realized how much this transition stirs — the emotions, the identity shifts, the questions about who we are now.

After countless heart-to-hearts with other moms in the same stage, I became the “go-to” friend for navigating this season. That’s how BirdyLauncher was born — a place to help mamas move through the grief, the relief, and ultimately, the joy of launching.

Today, my oldest is a college senior and my youngest is a freshman — so yes, I’m right here in the middle of it with you.
